Welcome to Auto Gloss Up (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of our website autoglossup.com (“Website”) and all car detailing services we provide (“Services”). By accessing our Website or booking any Service, you agree to these T&Cs.

1. Scope

These T&Cs apply to:

• All visitors and users of the Website.
• All clients booking or purchasing detailing packages.
• Any consultation, maintenance, or protection services we offer.

2. Services

Auto Gloss Up offers:

• Basic Shine: exterior wash, hand wax, tire dressing
• Deluxe Detail: clay bar, paint correction polish, interior vacuum & shampoo, leather conditioning
• Ultimate Protection: ceramic coating, full interior rejuvenation, engine bay cleaning, fabric protectant
• Optional maintenance and follow-up packages

3. Booking & Contract Formation

To book a Service:

1. Contact us via phone, email, or the Website form.
2. Receive confirmation with package details and invoice.
3. Once you confirm and payment is made (in full or deposit), the booking is binding under these T&Cs.

4. Payment & Terms

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are payable via credit card, e-transfer, or cash:

• Basic Shine: $129, due at time of service.
• Deluxe Detail: $299, payable in advance or on arrival.
• Ultimate Protection: $599, 50% deposit required at booking.
• Overdue payments may lead to cancellation of future bookings.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters. Our cancellation terms are:

• Basic Shine: Fully refundable if canceled at least 12 hours prior.
• Deluxe Detail: 80% refund if canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Ultimate Protection: Deposit refundable if canceled at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All photos, logos, text, and trademarks on our site are our intellectual property. You may not use or reproduce these without prior written consent.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We strive for excellence, but we are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage or issues unrelated to our services. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the Service.

8. Amendments & Duration

We may update these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be posted online, and your continued use of our Website or Services constitutes acceptance. Individual services conclude upon completion; maintenance packages continue per agreed schedule.

9. Data Protection & Consent

We process your personal information in line with our Privacy & Cookie Policy. By using our Website or Services, you consent to this processing.

10. Termination & Suspension

We may cancel services if you breach these T&Cs, including non-payment or abusive behavior. You may cancel any service package per the cancellation terms above.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal laws. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
